I have dealt with various repair shops in the past, but First Choice Collision has to be by far the best. From their hospitality/customer service, constant updates on the repair to keep their customers up-to-date and their and above all, their perfect repair job makes them stand out. Hopefully I don’t have any major accidents or repairs in the future, but if incase I do, First Choice Collision would be my first choice. Everyone was exceptional! Clarrisa and Laura were kind and kept us up-to-date every step of the way. The workmanship and documentation of the rebuild as shown to us by Anthony was amazing. I had 2 accidents in 3 months after driving 61 years without one, so the consideration I was given meant a lot. When the 2nd accident occurred, AAA gave me a few names of where to take the car closer to my home, but I told them 1st Choice was where I wanted to take my car. Sometimes senior citizens are looked down on when something like this happens. People think we are old and that’s why it happened. 1st Choice treated us like any other patron and that was much appreciated! I could go on, but the bottom line is they are the best! Thanks for a job well done by all!

The repairs were superb. It looks like a brand new car and we are very happy with it. They are very confident in their repairs and made sure to let us know if anything comes up to notify them.

This is the second time my husband and I used 1st Choice Collision. I cannot say enough about this establishment. They are all kind, knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. Since I never spoke to my adjuster, they were my point of contact. They text me every couple of days giving me updates on the car, sending me pictures and letting me know what I needed to do when I came to pick up the car as far as paying my deductible. The women in the office are superb. No matter what you ask they answer you in a kind professional manner. When we went to pick up our car, one of the workers actually showed us all the repairs they had done on it computer screen it was truly amazing. I would recommend 1st Choice Collision to anyone that has an accident or needs to get any type of car damage repaired. if there was a 20, I would rate them a 20.

Great folks to work with. From Clarrisa to everyone involved with the repair, they were first class. Except for the cover over my cup holder being deployed and the need to figure out how to retract it, I couldn’t be more impressed and pleased with First Choice.
