My vehicle was on their property for roughly 4 months (I was informed upfront that it was going to be there awhile). When I called after about 3.5 months I was told it would be ready next week. So I called that week and was told it's getting ready to go into paint and be ready the following week which pushed into the holiday season and I figured it wouldn't be ready. Roughly 3 more weeks pass and I finally get a call saying it's ready for pick up. I planned to get it the next day but got another call that day saying the car was having issues. Okay they got that figured out in a day and I went to get the car and noticed the freshly painted bumper had a large scratch/gouge in it. So the car sat there for another weekend into the next week. After calling to see if it was ready since they didn't let me know I went to get the car and the dashboard was a Christmas tree of lights. At this point I've had enough with this shop and took the car home and figured out that they left an electrical connection disconnect. Also the hood doesn't latch properly and has a large gap at the fender. I also believe they deactivate my alarm system. I am done dealing with this shop and can't be without my car any longer. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of one is because they were willing to fix the scratch they caused on the bumper... just not sure how it wasn't caught while assembling the car. Or they just didn't care and hoped I wouldn't notice. I can not recommend this shop to anyone.

First Quality did a great job! My car was well taken care of and is completely back to prior to the accident. The price is fair and everything was handled through the insurance. Very smooth transaction and I recommend them to others now.

Was nice and quick, just noticed a couple spots where it looks the paint dripped a little on the bumper and the pin stripping on the bumper isn’t perfectly straight but aside from that looks real good.
