Overall the repair looks great. The truck looks brand new. Not a big deal, but I side the door they left a few little bolts loose that I discovered after hearing a weird rattle, but it was easy enough to fix and wouldn’t deter me from taking my vehicle here again, if I happen to hit another deer.

I'll just say Sam did everything he could to help with the issue. Gave me no problems, and offered more help. The issue I had was the car kept leaving with more damage than I could even have imagined. I declined to get it looked at again. (Although offered) From my side skirt having pry marks, scratches on the interior of the door and some plastic broken near the windshield, and a dent in the fender that had been already repaired due to incompetence with chipping the paint (twice). I could keep going but thats useless now, These are some things I found after all had been said and done. I couldn't afford to keep paying for a rental once my other vehicle had broken down, so to me there was no point in trying to get it fixed when it would just come back out with more damage. It actually got to the point I just sold the car. Once again, Sam was amazing, no complaints, and I felt he had done what he should have. In terms of the actual work, that was really disappointing. I can no longer recommend you guys due to this experience.

The work was great! I understand the time it took to get my vehicle in. I think you could make some extra $ if during the original estimate if you asked if there were any other small items that I would like fixed (at my expense.. but a reduced rate… since the car will be in and you have the paint, etc. I would have taken advantage of that) Thanks again for a wonderful job!
