Repair process spanned months. Communication of status is important. For updates, I had to call or visit. Regular updates with the insurance company and auto rental company occurred. The customer should be in the loop.

I had the always had my car needs made at the Mercedes’ dealer and didn’t want to go any where else. My insurance agent said this company was very good. I tried them and they did a wonderful job for me. If I ever need car repair done I will be going to them
