I've had 3 vehicles repaired at First Quality and have had to go back 3 times for rework. Runs and/or chips in the paint and misaligned body parts.. It appears they have no quality control process to review the work before the customer gets their vehicle. Ultimately they have always corrected the problems but after multiple trips back to their shop. We only go there because they are a repair shop approved by our insurance company.
