Everyone was great, but especially the shop manager Sam. Once I spoke with him directly to explain my situation of living in PA and also my rental time running out soon, he made every effort to get my car ready to go before my rental ran out and spoke to me directly when I called every couple weeks to check in. That meant a lot to me.
