Appears that the body work they did was good. I cleaned the inside of the truck before taking it there and it was a total disaster when I got it back. It took me two hours to clean the inside of the vehicle. I also had them take the vehicle back and adjust the tail gate of the truck because it was out of whack. I also had to adjust and snap my two door panels back into place while I was cleaning the inside because they forgot to properly install them back on the door. A little upset with the care that was given to my new vehicle.

Lifetime warranty on repairs for as long as one own the vehicle!đź‘Ť Stayed fairly close & on time to be done (of no fault of FCC) as other issues were found after tearing it down, Vehicle was clean upon pick up. Some communication needs a "little" help (see prior comment) Other than the latter, VERY HAPPY THANK YOU!

Very pleased with how my vehicle looks after the repairs-SO HAPPY TO HAVE IT BACK! So far most *everything is good, reason I say that, is because sometimes things do take a bit of time.. not that I'm expecting anything, things do happen. I gave it a 9 only due to some communication/lack of from office staff when my vehicle was completed and i did make several calls that day and left voicemail(s), I did get a bit frantic as I wasn't sure if I needed to get in touch with the rental company... (which I did do). TY Sam! for getting back to me early the next day and within minutes of me calling again! I am thrilled with the lifetime warranty given on all of the repairs (for as long as you own the vehicle) they did, which does give one peace of mind TY!. I'm sure clean up gets busy (and my car did look GREAT) but whatever was used to make the older plastic look newer did wear off within a day; Prior to the accident I used Miguils(spelling) as needed to blacken the exterior plastic (I do get pretty upclose and personal with my car, like it looking good for its age "13), *Did notice the front bumper on both sides were a little loose (than before) in the same area/spot that we will monitor as it is a little different (and guessing) due to Ohio's laws of no longer requiring a front plate.

Their work is superior. I appreciate them working me in. This time the communication from the location was very poor. I called probably 8 times and left messages with no call back. I asked repeatedly for them to keep me updated because I was managing days on a rental car. Also, they told me it would be done twice and never called to let me know it was not going to be. Again, work is a 10. Communication with customer is a zero. My other experiences were not this way.
