The repairs ran longer than expected. That’s not such a big deal, but it would have been nice to have been called with an update. Instead I had to call a couple times to get the new timeline. Wouldn’t have been a big deal except I had a rental and the company was needing the car returned so I had to jockey around to keep a vehicle to drive.

The repair work is excellent. Only complaint is that somehow the inside of the car got covered in dust, most of which got vacuumed up but the cargo area is dirty, as are the inside of my windows.

There’s still a little dent from the deer on the fender (barley noticeable) and the interior was covered in dust from repairs. Also the backside of the repair isn’t the prettiest but other than that looks really good.
