The difference between being good and being exceptional is when you have a person willing to take criticism but still listens to a customer, I will say Micheal Flynn is a exceptional person to work with, his biggest goal was to Make sure the customer was 100% satisfied and to ensure the job is done as good as possible. Micheal Always maintained a totally professional attitude, listened, explained and provided solutions. 5star definitely hired the right person for the job.

I am extremely satisfied with the repair service I received at Five Star Collision. When I walked up to my vehicle, I almost didn’t recognize it. It looked brand new! The quality of the repair work was outstanding, and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. They took the time to carefully explain the repairs that were completed and made sure I was satisfied before I left. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Very irresponsible people they show no respect to you vehicle or your self personally waisted your time and they don't do what they say they will. they don't call to ask about anything or let you know nothing when you vehicle is ready. Just give you a day to picked up but never call. the first day I went o picked up my vehicle the front bunper was not installed right so they talked in again plus it was still scratched on my door handle were the car was impact so one more time they take the car back in to the shop again plus the bottom cover of the engine was not installed back on the right I just got tired of that stupidity and I did that myself plus they never replaced my radio and about what I know that was intended the manager left someone else to tell me that hi will call me and give me a check for the radio refund but never happen if that's a 5 start centerI think totally was a 5 start worst service
