I will say the end results is what counts, when you have someone willing to listen to your concerns and react to them, correct them, and maintains a TOTALLY professional attitude, that person is worth there weight in gold.

The difference between being good and being exceptional is when you have a person willing to take criticism but still listens to a customer, I will say Micheal Flynn is a exceptional person to work with, his biggest goal was to Make sure the customer was 100% satisfied and to ensure the job is done as good as possible. Micheal Always maintained a totally professional attitude, listened, explained and provided solutions. 5star definitely hired the right person for the job.
