My satisfaction started with my quote. I went to two other places before this. The woman who quoted me sat down and explained the quote and why it was so expensive. (The only one of the three who explained.) Another woman had backed into my car and was going to personally pay, so she was uncertain about the previous quotes. This one came in the middle and the work was done perfectly. They even called to tell me one charge for calibration was not needed after all. Will recommend far and wide. Thanks.
