The front right where the accident was is making a horrible sound and there is a lot of vibration to the car. This is not how my car was prior to the accident. I will be stopping by tomorrow. Very unsatisfied!

I won’t be referring or recommending this place due to their failure of communication, their lack of being accountable to their proposed date of completion, and then there still being issues when the car was finally returned. This is a travesty!

Rosie was great but it took longer than what we were told; I’m sure it’s because it was over the Christmas an new years holiday; however, when we did finally get it back, there are now issues. The car makes a terrible sound and there is a horrible vibration I’m assuming is from the alignment being off. This is horrible and the should have just kept it longer and fixed it right.

Handing the vehicle off to me was premature. The battery system was barely able to turn the engine over but was able to start the truck..once. Jumper required for further starts. Power steering fluid reservoir empty. They did their best on the bumper trim but it does not look right. No fault of theirs. I truly believe the staff did the best they knew how. I'm good with them all. I was treated well.

The exit phase was a bit rocky. Dead batteries and no fluid in the power steering reservoir. Front bumper trim doesn't fit properly but can't really fault the staff for that. Aftermarket parts often fit poorly. I was treated very well there. The frequent updates are appreciated.
