there is absolutely no call for someone in your office to be rude to me when I am upset. communication wasn’t clear about what I was bringing the car in for the first time (estimate, when I thought I was dropping off for repairs), which resulted in me losing an entire day of work for a 15 minute estimate that someone else could have brought the car in for. when I expressed unhappiness and financial stress because of this (as if repairing the car wasn’t enough of a financial drain), I was snapped at & told “it’s not my fault you crashed your car.” which, to be clear, I didn’t. it was a cracked bumper. had it not set me even further back in the repair process, I would have taken my business elsewhere due to this experience.
