I used Fix Auto Lake Forest for an insurance claim after having a great experience with another Fix Auto in the past. This location exceeded expectations. They called me within fifteen minutes of my claim assignment. Their communication from beginning to end was remarkable and exemplary. Travis, Julie, and Gil worked together so well to get things done. I have personally never seen an auto shop work with such efficiency. It is a testament to how this location is managed. They can give a masterclass in the industry where customer service and quality are concerned. There really aren't enough words to sing their praises. I just know that if someone asks me where to go, it's here.

Sadly, given that our car is a 2003 Subaru Legacy a lot of its parts are no longer available. We understand, also that its electrical wires and insulation could not be repaired:restored to its old look

From the beginning, on the phone,Miss Julie and Gil were courteous, helpful, and thoughtful. I immediately felt it was the right place for USAA to recommend! Then I got to speak to Travis who was so understanding and kind of my situation and told me that they could bring my car to my work so I don’t have to be late and return the rental car for me. Wow!
