From the beginning, on the phone,Miss Julie and Gil were courteous, helpful, and thoughtful. I immediately felt it was the right place for USAA to recommend! Then I got to speak to Travis who was so understanding and kind of my situation and told me that they could bring my car to my work so I don’t have to be late and return the rental car for me. Wow! I was able to get estimation and repair appointments with this auto shop promptly. Gil and everyone at the auto shop were extremely courteous and professional. They addressed my concerns promptly and explained everything clearly. While my car was in the shop, I received frequent text updates about the repair status and progress. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company. My car was finished three days earlier than the estimated completion date, and they did an excellent job with the repairs. They even returned it to me with a full wash. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Fix Auto in Lake Forest for any auto repair needs.

I had a great experience with Fix Auto body shop. My car was ready full two weeks earlier than the expected date, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was professional, honest and also very helpful with the rental car process and kept me updated throughout. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality and trustworthy service!
