Customer service was top notch. Quality work completed was superior. Location is super easy and walking distance (a couple blocks) to several rental car companies. I loved the regular communication about where my car was in the repair process.

Fix Auto Lake Forest exceeded my expectations with respect to the quality of work and speed. They texted me every day with updates, even when there were none, which was good for my peace of mind. They also fixed my car sooner than originally promised. The convenience of renting a car through them was another reason of satisfaction. They are Tesla certified, and provide lifetime warranty for their work. I am very pleased with Fix Auto and I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Brought my Mazda in a week ago and told me I would get it back in 7 working days. Called me and said it wad ready within that time frame. Very satisfied with the results. Travis and Gil are awesome and really go the extra mile to ensure the customers are taken care of. Unfortunately not in a bad sense, but this is my 3rd time using this location. Each time they have been awesome. This has become my preferred location and I tell everyone to go here.

Fix Auto was fantastic. Our car was hit in a parking lot. They were able to look at it the same day that insurance accepted responsibility. They drive me to the rental company, had my car done in 3 days and took my rental car back for me. They made a painful process easy!
