Service was very good. Gil was responsive and good. Only setback was they realized my tires I needed were on back order only at the end, so I ended up going with different tires that didn’t match my other two.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Travis and his team (Julie and Gil), provided outstanding customer service, making the entire process, smooth and stress-free. The communication was exceptional – every question I had was answered quickly, and honestly, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Gil went above and beyond making sure all areas I pointed out were completely addressed with no question. Gil‘s extensive experience with Tesla. Models was reassuring and made me feel my car was in great hands. There were no gimmick or games just straightforward top-notch service. The quality of the work done on my car was remarkable, and my Tesla looks good as new. Everyone was pleasant, concerned and went out of their way to help me. They kept me up to date on the progress and car was done exactly on time. The body work looks brand new. I cannot see where it was repaired. The car was even washed before I picked it up I highly recommend Fix Auto in Lake Forest for any repair or body work
