Keeping in contact is the best thing they can do sending all information to both insurance companies and you. I feel they did a great job in doing that . They were so helpful explaining everything. They also was helpful. Getting rental car worked with the insurance companies, which is very helpful. If I had any more problems with my car, I would definitely take them to them to get it fixed.

It took longer than it should causing higher than expected temperatures costs for car rental—about $250 more than expected.

Took twice as long as I expected. Cost me an extra $250 +. Actual repair was well done.

I was very comfortable at the fix auto repair southeast. Kaleb at the desk and Ron, the estimator both made the experience very easy and I felt very taken care of. To repair took longer than the original estimated completion date because they found the motor was damaged in my hatch and had to order that part unexpectedly, so thank you very much!
