The window on the driver side door is misaligned and when it goes back up it pushes against the causing some resistance

Excellent service. The personnel were always friendly, helpful and courteous. They took care of everything: insurance company, rental agency and car repair. The car looks great. Hopefully, I need not have their services again, but if I would, I would definitely choose them, and certainly recommend them.

Only thing wrong with my experience was I had a 700 dollar Diablo Tuner in there and when I received the car back to me it was broke. I reached out to Fix Auto and they informed me there was nothing they could do for me. I dropped the car off and it was working just fine, I got it back and it was broke. Needless to say I had to jump through hoops to try and get it fixed but have yet to get that accomplished. On the other hand they did do a fantastic job with blending the paint and fixing the dent. But my 700 dollar tuner is a paper weight as of now. I’d give them a 10 even if they offered to help pay for the repairs for the tuner but they didn’t even offer me that.
