I would of given it a 1 but they at least answered the phone. I couldn't get an estimate for the first vehicle we took in it took weeks and two phone calls to get it emailed.. Our vehicle was there for a couple of weeks but I was never notified of when the vehicle would be getting worked on or when repairs would be ready. I happen to call the day it was ready for pick up.

One strange aspect of the repair communication was that after drop off I received multiple automated texts suggesting my car wouldn’t be ready for several days after the original estimate. They it was ready on the same time as originally estimated.

Wasted my time and money. The rental cost me out of pocket every day I had it. Pushing it back 5 days and then it not being perfect is a dealbreaker for recommendation.

Alignment still off and power steering seems a bit stiff. After 19 days and several thousand dollars of work I'd expect it to be perfect not just "ok"

Took an inordinate amount of time and my alignment is still slightly off after they had my car for 19 days. When I picked up the vehicle, the windshield wipers were incorrectly installed, despite work being solely on the suspension.
