You didn’t take scratch out of hood like I ask you to you could have called me and ask me what was what on that hood . But you didn’t now going to cost more for the labor and time cause I need it done the scratch is down to metal no buffing will take that out

Always great work. They do everything to make things right.

Fix has always done the best repairs, and are very accommodating in working with my schedule. This is really a 10 as they make everything right—The only reason it’s a 9 is I had to return for a missed panel, and the wrong model of mirror ordered. There is an adjustment needed on the mirror, so I will return again for this.

Jenny in the office is GREAT at taking care of things and working with my schedule. I was very grateful for the loaner car. The techs always smile and say hello when they come into the office.
