Very quick and an excellent repair. Think the cost was high for the small time required but USAA seemed to agree and I understand that car repair costs can be substantial.

They were faster than other shops in the area, but I did not feel cared about as a customer.

The repairs themselves look nice, the process alongside getting here was pretty tough though.

The front office was pretty vague on the information they provided which led to delays in my pickup as I was coordinating rides everywhere. The front office also often times didn't know how long things took or what the process looked like when my car had to go to another shop for different repairs and come back to their shop. It was very clunky and confusing and I did not feel taken care of.

Fix auto was great to work with, they did a great job. Professional and very polite. I would go to them again. Travelers on the other hand. Not satisfied! It took 5 months for them to give their okay for the job. I was waiting and Fix Auto was waiting. I called Fix Auto multiple time, the answer I got…….We’re waiting to hear from Travelers, we can’t get a hold of anyone. NOT GOOD!!

Car is running sluggish after repairs. When I look it up it appears that the major wiring harness is located behind right fender. I broke down twice on 84 and car is throwing false signals oil critically low and battery even with full oil. Looked it up and it says it repair shop didn't put wiring back properly it could damage car. I called your shop at 5 and receptionist said to call AAA. I don't know what to do I have to work early and now this can you ask person who put wires back together if they missed something please
