Poor communication in regards to pick up. Called Friday morning ( automated text confirmed 7/10) to verify time of pick. Receptionist stated the car would be ready Monday. Fast forward to 3:25pm 7/10 , I get a call saying my car is ready, only to wait in the lobby for a good 40 minutes. Being in a accident is stressful enough as is, better communication would be better.

I received a text message stating that my vehicle was done when it was still waiting for a part. I had borrowed my dad‘s pick up truck, to use, and when I got the text alert that my truck had been repaired he arranged to fly to St. George, Utah and pick up his truck which he needed for that weekend. When I called the FIX auto in Washington. They advise me the truck was still waiting on one part and was not ready. I had to drive to St. George from Panaca Nevada Monday night, Rent A Car from the Enterprise rental at St. George Airport since they were the only ones open that late, and then drive a small rental car back after dark to Nevada. The reason I mentioned after dark is my truck was originally damaged when I hit an elk driving at night on that same road. I was able to handle this all right, but it’s still was an inconvenience and cost extra fuel money and time. Having a text from you guys that was accurate would’ve avoided all this. I’m not asking for any compensation, just wanted to let you know not to send out a text to work is done when it isn’t. The work the Autobody shop did was excellent as always, and I will continue to use that shop shop. I’ll just make sure I call and talk to someone there before making arrangements to pick it up. Hope you can get this problem fixed, thanks again for the great work on my vehicle.
