The customer service was professional and courteous. Appreciated them getting me on their schedule promptly. Took less time to fix and called me within days instead of a week to let me know it was done. Went to pick up and they had me look at the work done. Very pleased with their staff, repairs looked great, and the test drive to approve their work was appreciated. Turnaround time was a pleasant surprise! Was recommended to them by a friend, and I will also pass my recommendation along as well. They also seemed reasonable with the cost. Very satisfied customer!

So pleased with this shop! Referred by a friend who has had vehicles repaired from their children's accidents in the past. Very happy with their work over the years. Very glad she referred them! Car was repaired quickly...about 4-5 days. Thought it would take over a week. Repairs looked really good. Staff kept me updated. Friendly and knowledgeable. Called when work done and answered any questions. Thank you! Hope I never need body work again, but will definitely call them if needing future service and refer them to others. Thank you!

Fix It Auto did the work rather than just telling us everything had to be replaced like the Nissan dealership told us. Instead of having to spent $2500 we were able to accomplish the same thing spending $500.

Rough start but ended strong. The front desk guy was either new or just didn't have a strong understanding of what we were trying to accomplish. Once we got the owner involved, the customer service was a 10.

The car looks great! What could be improved is communication. I waited 2-3 days before I called to find out about the timing on when the car would be finished. Other than that a great experience alk the way around.
