Turner Auto Repair did an excellent job all the way through on my Subaru several years ago when I was rear ended. I recommended them to several friends. I was very disappointed this time. I feel I was lied to, and I have a very hard time with that.

I was told by my insurance company that in the worse case scenario, my car would be ready two weeks from that day (which would be June 8th.) I checked after a week and found my car sitting in the parking lot with nothing done other than removing the bumper and splash guards. When we brought the car in, the bays were all empty; that day they were all full, but I was told that my car had already been scheduled ahead of several others. (??) I was then told that that they were scheduled to begin work on it the next day. Later we received another call from the insurance company stating that it would be ready on the 10th. I went in on the tenth (a 100-mile round trip), but was informed that the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. I told them I couldn't pick it up then because we were leaving early in the morning for the weekend. Mr. Turner then called me and said they would have the car ready before they left work that evening; he would call us when they were within an hour of finishing it. We received the call, went in, and had to wait for about another hour and a half. Then they informed us that one piece of chrome was still missing and they had put the damaged splash guard (or whatever you call it) back in, which meant we had to make a third trip back in to get it finished. I was told it would be two-to-three hours, and a rental car would be provided for me. My husband said, "No, I will take the car in, and I will stay there with it until it is finished." Amazingly, they got right on it and had it finished within an hour.
