We have used Fixes Body Shop for multiple incidents. My husband's truck, my car (I think more than once) and my daughter's car.... never disappointed! The girls that work up at the front desk are always super friendly and nice and helpful and the car/truck always looks perfect when we get it back!!! I recommend you guys to everyone!!!

Everyone I spoke to was well informed about the status of my vehicle repair. Given the size of the job, it would have been nice to receive a weekly email with the current status: 1) Parts Ordered; 2) Parts Received; 3) Schedule to start one [date], 4) Repairs underway with estimated time of ‘x’ work days to complete; 5) Estimate Completion/Pick up. This would have made it easier for me to work with the Rental Car company and arrange my schedule.

Great job on our repair!! Would give 10 or 11 stars, but sure why it took 5+ days to repair, and had to drop it off 8AM Monday and work repairs started on Tuesday. Cost an extra 1.5 days of car rental.
