Great job on our repair!! Would give 10 or 11 stars, but sure why it took 5+ days to repair, and had to drop it off 8AM Monday and work repairs started on Tuesday. Cost an extra 1.5 days of car rental.

When my wife got the estimate they told her to bring the car in on July 20th. I called Fix’s on July 17th to confirm the appt for the 20th and they told me they do not have me scheduled for anything and they could not find the estimate. After some back and forth they found the estimate bit told me I can not bring the car in on the 20th because they need to order parts. I asked what kind of parts do you need to repair two dents. After that they said the 20th would work. They asked if I needed a rental which they already knew i did when they gave me the estimate. After dropping the car off Enterprise picked me up and we got to office they had nothing from Nationwide saying I needed a car. My understanding is Fix’s should have taken care of that. I ended up having to call Nationwide to get car approved. Fix’s work is good but customer service not so much. Hopefully I never need a body dhop again but if I do it will not be Fix’s

Front end damage to my 2021 Silverado was repaired and looks great. Work was completed ahead of schedule and they went out of their way to replace the front emblem with the factory match. Check engine light issue was resolved and the overall experience was great.

Great job. Truck was done ahead of schedule and looks good. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Only reason for the 9 was my smooth bug shield was replaced with a textured one but that’s ok. They went out of their way to get me a matching grille emblem which I appreciate.
