We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have owned body shops in NV and AZ for the past 20 years. When I came in to pick up, I stood at the front for about 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. But everyone was super friendly, it wasn’t a huge deal.

The body work was fantastic. The receptionist is a very nice person, but I drove 30 miles to use your facility, but while I'm standing at the counter, someone calling in took presidence over me. Both when I dropped it off and when I picked it up.
