Tailgate handle surround was loose. Upon inspection, it fell off and I noticed it was glued on because the two upper clips were broken off. Already contacted my rep and he's ordered the part. Very great service otherwise.

Will be contacting you soon=job that you did is totally aunaccepptable-can still see where I was hit and lots of orange peel-we are really disappointed in the quality of your work-gonna get a holsd of USAA Insurance and see if we can go elsewhere so it will be prpper ly fixed- dontneed a shop that cuts corners as u obviously do.William J. Bracelin-one unhappy repeat customer-but no more.

I was more than pleased. The whole experience was virtually hastle free. I used to work in the office of an auto body shop and I know what some of the bumps in the road are. I was impressed with the experience and staff. Very professional.
