Flow Collision Center (Formerly Toyota West) is Franchised dealership Collision repair center, that has been in operation since 1988 in Statesville, NC. We are located at the crossroads of interstates 77 and 40, and service a wide customer base in Central NC. Current franchise lines at this location are Honda/Toyota/Scion. We are part of a Family owned dealership chain that includes over 30 different locations representing 20 different manufacturers in North Carolina and Virginia. We service all makes of vehicles, and specialize in minor to heavy collision repairs. We work with all insurance Companies, and have direct repair agreements with many. We are a full service facility with all the latest welding equipment, Frame/Unibody repair and measuring equipment, and 3 downdraft baking paint booths. Towing service, Replacement vehicles, Shuttle service are all available. We provide high quality repairs on a timely basis, and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our repairs.

We have had 4 cars over the past year managed by Flow collision. Craig RImmer and his entire team did an excellent job all the way through the provcess. The paint match and body work was top notch. They were always open to work through any concerns or situation, acting as our advocate with the insurance company, while providing support fielding all our questions. They will make sure it is 100% correct before they release the car.

The staff was incredibly great and the workmanship and repair is done on my vehicle were way beyond my expectations they were perfect! I would not have anyone else ever work on any of my vehicles but slow Collision. They are the best!

I had to be the one to initiate the majority of the communications. Even then several times I was either given the wrong information or no information at all. I would rather drive my car off of a cliff than to ever come back to Flow. Says a bunch about your entire organization. We are a Toyota family and this interaction alone will guarantee we never interact with Flow for anything ever again.
