I made a simple request to start my repairs as soon as all of the parts were in and the paperwork was complete because I didn’t have rental car insurance. I was told the repairs would take a week. I dropped off my car on a Monday after the above details were supposedly completed. Drop off on Monday pick up Friday. Wednesday I received notice that the paperwork with the insurance company was completed and the weeks work would start then (why wasn’t this done before I dropped it off)? I receding a text on the following Tuesday that the work would now be done on Thursday (9 days after drop off). I called on Thursday as was told the car was in detailing and would be ready by the end of the day. I went to pick it up on Thursday to be told it was off site getting an alignment and would not be back until Friday when the detailing would then be done. I picked up the car on Friday, 2 weeks after I dropped it off for a 1 week project. If it was a 2 week job tell me. If I could have dropped it off later tell me. It created significant inconvenience and added costs that I should have been informed about. Disappointing to say the least.

Overall I had a great experience from start to finish and I will be back if I ever need auto body work again!! I was able to drop in at my convenience for an estimate which I received the same day. They kept me informed on the status of my parts. Once the parts were in, they were able to get my car into the shop pretty quick. When I got it back, it was like brand new again; inside and out!! They made what normally would’ve been a hassle dealing with insurance, a breeze!! I was even able to leave my rental car onsite and they contacted Enterprise for me. I highly recommend this shop for any of your auto body repair needs, plus it is a family & veteran owned business, so support local when you can.
