The plastic trim piece under the light bar was replaced but it’s not sitting flush. I was told the adhesive may not been applied properly. I had to leave because I was in a rush but i will bring the car back in to have the plastic trim glued securely.

As you know, I traveled from Westhampton to Huntington Station to utilize your services. Your shop was revealed to me by a search on Claude, the Anthropic AI chat box. I use that Service because it is very neutral and not influenced by ads. What I found was the most remarkable service outfit I have ever experienced and I am 79 years old and had a good number of lovely cars. You provide the functional equivalent of a medical concierge service. There was not a single thing that could be improved upon. You offered every possible amenity that anyone needing service could ask for from flat bed door to door (did not need that) to explaining what had to be done. Each and every person I spoke to at Flower Hill was well informed, unbelievably courteous, and willing to help. It is clear that the system you have there where a car moves from Dept to a Dept is brilliant. Speaking to John and learning that this is a third generation operation was comforting and it is clear that each generation learned from the prior and probably improved it. While I can only hope that I will not need your services again, the fact that such services exist is a comfort as I have come to grips with the fact that my car is a bit of an egg carton. The work was completed on time, the quality was excellent, and my vehicle was returned in perfect condition.
