Two things…pay attention to details. If you see an LED light bulb, take it out and swap out the other while it’s apart. The other, replace the parts that are on the RO so people don’t have to wait until the following week to get the correct parts.

I’m satisfied with the quality of the repair work, however, I have LED upgraded headlights and they left the old lights in the old housing. Thankfully I got the old housing back!!!

My claim included a new tire for my truck. I was told that a new tire was ordered. When I picked up my truck, no new tire. Went back inside and was told that I was being reimbursed for it, not replacing it because of a new tire along with old tires. I told them to order it that I wanted a new tire and they said it would be there the next day. It never showed because they never ordered it. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for a tire that they should have ordered and had on my truck in the first place. Terrible communication on their part.
