The staff were not good at communicating what was going on with my car. I dropped it off May 1st and was told 4-5 days on my windshield. Needless to say I got my car back on June 4th. The only time someone contacted me was Maggie on May 31st to tell me about the 4th setback and June 2nd about the 5th setback.

Collision repaired my tailgate and mirrors but when I pointed out that the plastic was warped and the paint was "orange peeled", Jake said he agreed and would talk to his boss. That was a month and a half ago, no response. I believe they were hoping I would just go away. Never use them again and will tell everyone I meet to go elsewhere.
