fox employees were very friendly and polite. my only complaint would be that when I picked up the vehicle, nobody came out to look over the work with me to see if I was satisfied. I was just given the keys in the office and went on my way. not a huge deal, but different from the few other dealings I've had with GM body shops in the past.

Fox Collision made the whole process from the moment I walked in for an estimate until I walked out with a repaired truck so easy! The estimate took less than five minutes, they did EVERYTHING regarding insurance paperwork, and lined up a rental car. When I damaged my truck, I had a sick feeling, but as soon as I arrived at Fox those feelings went away. Thank you for all your help in making this situation not as bad!
