This is our second time using Frank and Son Autobody and both times they did an amazing job. A snow plow ripped our back bumper clean off and looking at the car now you would think it was brand new. The customer service is also amazing. Lisa answered every question, returned every call and was a pleasure to work with. I will only ever bring my car here.

Taken two of my Family’s cars here and you guys did a fine job... But with the Mini Coop, this was a huge disappointment and aggravation. In the next three days, it will be a total of 4 weeks my car has been at the shop. But that is not what is bothering me the most. We came here for a door replacement. You guys did a fine job with the door and paint job. However, after inspecting my car after your work, my car was a mess. My trunk gasket was peeled off and thrown in the trunk. My front left plastic fender was taken out and not placed back correctly, my battery cover was missing and my car had a ton of over spray on the car. I had just done my exhaust tips a month ago and now they are all scratched up from when they were playing around in my trunk.... Also... Your team try to imply that my window switch was not working upon dropping the car off. Saying it wasn’t work and that i needed to order a new one. However, after i describe to your team how i took the door and window off before on my car, that you needed the window switch to work in order to take the old window off to install it on the new door, you guys remind quiet. I still went ahead and order the part you told me to order anyway because it was $50. After leaving the shop waiting for the part to come in, upon making the first right, i notice my blinkers weren’t working. I then knew right then and there it wasn’t the window switch. That your team had short wired or screwed something up with the wiring when taking off the whole door. There has been an extreme lack of communication with me and the auto shop, my father and I are trying not to be a bother but when you guys don’t communicate to us after several days, after we already paid you for the door job, we start to worry because this car is no longer your priority. Your team, Josh and Luis continuously stated they will call us back but never did so. We would have to call back a day or two later to figure out what’s going on. So now i am stuck with a window switch car part that i was told was the problem, and I’ve been carless for almost a month no with little to no updates on the car. I feel this auto shop is not trying their best to fix the issue they caused. It is now 12/31, total of 31 days my car has been at the shop. Finally picked it up to day. We asked for for a receipt for the work they did and they seemed bothered by it. Considering the duration of how long this took to fix your mistake, they didn’t seem apologetic at all. Huge disappointment and aggravation. Unfortunately i don’t think i will be coming back here again. This experience has caused me and my family a lot of inconvenience this month as we had to walk, cab, public transportation, or ask to use our family member to use their car continuously. I feel we been more than patience and compliant I hope this feedback inspires your team to communicate and be more efficient with their customers cars.

The entire experience was great. Start to finish. You handled everything so we didn’t have to worry. Having an accident is never fun. But you guys made it a lot less stressful.
