I have panicked after owning more than 5 BMW.l think this is the worst workshop in entire ny state,where they charge the insurance for new parts and repairs and put use parts ,is the worst place that dealers and owner chose,l plan to take this to the last consequence in court and consumer protection in case this problems no solve,dirty and disgusting job.in my car see you in you office Monday let started this case .att Daniel arroyo 9176740437.

All waa fine until.i noticed THAT YOUR REPAIR PEOPLE DID NOT CLOSE THE FFING HOOD ON MY CAR!!!!! I coulda been killed. I pulled off and slammed the hood. When I texted junior that this happened I could hear crickets. Never responded!!!! Thanks a ton junior!!!!!
