The team overall is amazing. Job was done expeditiously as I needed it. The new receptionist/front desk kept me updated and went above and beyond. Only thing is the young guy said he’ll change my windshield whippers since I had the new pair in my trunk and I noticed he didn’t. Don’t say you’ll do it if you won’t, even if I had to pay extra I would’ve. Other than that, I’m thrilled and amazed with the work done.

I am thrilled with the service I received from Frank and Son Autobody. It was incredibly stressful when my parked car was hit by a truck causing major damage. Dealing with the insurance company and towing services had some major challenges, but there were no issues at all with my dealings with Frank and Son. They helped make sure the car was received, gave me updates with the work, dealt with the insurance company, and returned my car good as new. A very stressful situation became much less stressful thanks to the friendly, qualiry service provided by Frank and Son Autobody.

Dom was so nice and helpful he let me bring my car in prior to any actual work being done so I wouldn’t have to miss work. Everything was so seamless I brought my car in and was told an estimated two weeks. Constant updates as to what was going on with my car and what exactly was being done.Lisa was also very helpful and informative and gave me constant details as to what was going on and by when I would be able to pick my car up. When I finally got the call from Lisa that my car was ready and I saw my car it look like a completely different car from how it had been brought into the shop. There work is so seamless and you can tell they take pride in making sure your experience is wonderful. If your looking for a body shop look no further they will take care of you like your family. Thank you guys so much for bringing my car back to life.
