This is my second repair with Frank and Son and both experiences have been positive. The work they do is flawless and the detail at the end is much appreciated. They manage all the insurance and rental issues with knowledge and expertise. All I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up. 5 Stars.

I have to Say Luis I don’t know if it’s the owner son is so easy to deal with and one of the nicest person I ever met , he delivered the work that he promise he’ll do and to my expectations he did more I RECOMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE FIR AUTO REPAIR. Love it.

I recently took my brand new car to Frank & Son after a minor accident, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly professional. Good night. I hope you are well. The car has already been delivered to me, and in general terms, it looks good; however, it has some details that need to be repaired. I sent you photos of the details I could see when I received the car. In addition to those details, the car's horn does not work well. You should have replaced it, but maybe you didn't realize it. That was damaged by the hit that the car received. One of the workers who checked it with me before taking it out of the workshop knows the details in the photos, but not about the car's horn because I noticed it when I was returning to my house. He told me the body shop would take care of the details and that I should bring the vehicle any day after Thanksgiving. This is to inform you of the situation. I am not completely satisfied with the job. For the amount of money that was charged the job was not to my liking at all. I notice that after market parts were used when my vehicle was in great condition with OEM parts. I hope that this situation can be resolved like it was promised.
