There was a scratch left unfinished on the passenger side rear part of vehicle. Originally told it would be fixed along with the major damage but was not. This was not part of the claim. I guess there was a change in decision afterwards that was not communicated with me. Otherwise the team and service is fantastic!

I was nervous for all types of reasons, the cost how long but with you, Frank and sons, the process was seamless easy, you removed sooo much stress, you took care of me and the car. The only hard decision was coffee or water when I was offered. From the minute I got there till the moment I was done, NOT ONE OF YOUR STAFF MEMBERS WAS RUDE, I didn’t catch everyone’s name but thank you to them all and Lisa for all the easiness I experienced.

This is the second time I had to have Frank & Son work on both my vehicles, a 2017, and 2019 Land Rover, and both experiences were exceptional, from assistance with the Insurance company, and the follow up with updates, they were on point. I have used Frank And Son Autobody twice. They are professional, understanding and most importantly my car looks BRAND NEW after they work on it. The first time I used them my car was not even drivable! You couldn’t tell anything ever happened after they were done. I recommend them to anyone who needs Autobody repair. My brother referred me and I’ve referred my friends mom. She was so happy with her car as well!
