This is the first time going to Frank and sons auto body for my own car. My mother brought her car to them twice, and they did an excellent job. For my car, they communicated well with me, was able to handle all insurance communication, was able to ensure that I got a great rental and informed me when the car was ready just in time for my vacation. The work was excellent. The paint job was amazing, and they detailed my car so well. I asked him to do a few extra things, and they were able to do it for me at a great price. When I had difficulties with a lightbulb, they fixed it for me. I can’t say enough about the great service I received, and though I do not want my car in another accident if I needed work done, I would return to Frank and Sons auto body without question I want to thank the staff for their great help and work on my car, I wish the owner and the staff nothing but the best!

This was not the 1st time Frank & Son repaired my vehicle so I new they were going to do a good job BUT they actually exceeded my expectations. I've recommended a few people to them. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't receive the same level of updates that I received last time I used them. I actually had to call them to get an update on my vehicle.
