I had an amazing experience with Frankie’s Auto Body! Ricardo was wonderful to work with and truly went above and beyond with his customer service. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. I was originally told the repair would take 7–10 days, but I got my car back much sooner than expected. Since the car was still fairly new when someone hit the door, I was nervous about whether it would ever look the same again. When I picked it up, I honestly couldn’t believe it, it looked brand new! You would never know it had been damaged. To top it off, they clearly took extra care with the car before returning it. It was spotless and shining, and even the wheels were sparkling. It actually looked better than when I dropped it off! Excellent work, communication, and customer service. A huge thank you to Ricardo and the entire Frankie’s Auto Body team. I would absolutely recommend them!
