I was assured by the asesor that he could run a backup camera who beeve gave me the heads up until after I picked up the car that it wasn't installed. My car has a sticky residue on it that wasn't there prior to me dropping it off

There is paint spray overrun around my windshield wipers. Also I wasn't originally notified that my car was going to have two tones of paint. I had to complain to the insurance company to have the car painted properly.

When I raised my concern, I was told that paint on plastic does not match paint on metal. When the truth was, the bumper was never painted at all.It's causing two different tones of paint.
