This was my first experience using Frank's at my mother-in-law's recommendation and I was raised as a Schmitz person. :P I'd recommend Frank's any time.

Looks like it never happened! Estimate came quick, too. The only issue I had was that they ordered the wrong part and did not realize it until the part arrived. They reordered the correct part and put it on very quickly. My car was in the shop for 5 days due to the delay, but I was expecting that length of time anyway so I was completely satisfied regardless.

My mother and father in law were the ones who brought my car in for the estimate and Frank's had had a gal from my insurance contact me to let me know the estimate was approved. I did not think any further follow up was required at that point and I hadn't heard anything about scheduling repairs for a few days. I emailed Frank's to inquire and received a call back that same day saying they needed verbal confirmation before they could order parts and schedule repairs. I was mildly disappointed that they did not reach out first to get their necessary confirmation, but perhaps I should've known better. I don't have a lot of experience in these areas so I could easily be at fault for that. Aside from that, everyone I spoke to was very kind, upbeat, and friendly. :)
