I’m very satisfied with the repairs, the car is looking great! The communication with the shop was always very clear and easy; Frank explained to me how the insurance claim works and answered all my other questions! The only thing that I could add to improve future experience is the cleanliness of the car afterwards - my car was filled with a bunch of tiny pieces of paint(?) and other materials - especially the front.
