Frank's Collision is amazing. The staff is thorough and really knows how to do a great job. They kept me posted almost daily on the status of my car's repairs. I cannot say enough good things about Frank's. If you ever need body work, they are the best.

I sincerely hope that Frank's of Auburn has put this staffing instability behind and does well in Auburn. I found the staff I interacted with after my initial bad experiences to be most professional.

It was disconcerting when the the first estimator I interacted with was suddenly no longer with the company. It would have been reassuring to have been called immediately and informed about this change. I did receive a call where I was told that the original estimate was incorrect and that I needed to come back to have the repairs reestimated. I was also called and told that the insurer, Georgia Farm Bureau, was questioning the labor rate. I was asked to call Farm Bureau (not my insurance company) and ask them to accept a different labor rate. Not my job!! But I did call Georgia Farm Bureau only to be told that they had not received an estimate. This initial set of interactions led me to worry about the stability of this operation and rate my overall experience a 9. From this point forward all my experiences were very positive.

Wonderful consumer service and very friendly peoples.. They having you feeling like you know you left your car in good hands.They greet you with a smile. When you pick your car up they greet you with another smile ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ when you leave. Everyone was friendly to me from the lady at the front desk to the guy in the office to the Mechanic.

Thanks for being patient with meโฆ Being without a vehicle can be hard but the staff there kept me updated each time something changed with my repairs and gave several updated via text, I really appreciate that. We all need updates !
