This place is so amazing, I am a college student and I was handling this without my parents and Bryan was so incredible with getting my car fixed in a week. He was calling me and sending me updates every step of the way, they were squeezing me in and did an amazing job with my car. I highly recommend Frank’s collision for their excellent service and amazing repair work! They made me feel like they truly care about their costumers!

When I drove up to the shop with no appointment I had no idea how to navigate all I needed to do to get my car repaired. (My State Farm agent had processed my claim and picked FCC as a preferred repair center. I found it on maps and went there.) Bryan Muse met me in the parking lot and walked me into the office. He pulled up my claim, processed it, ordered a rental car for me and told me to bring it in after on Monday. Through text I was updated and told it would be ready the next Monday. I picked it up today and it looks terrific. He even helped me unload my Sam’s purchases into my car from the rental. I have never had better service with any automotive issues…. And I thought the Subaru Dealership was great:) I will recommend Frank’s to my friends.

Frank's Collision of AL is really professional body shop ever. They are trustly and fast. It is due date 8/18, but they fixed 8/11 that 1 week early than estimated date.
