I had a fantastic experience with my Mazda repair from Frank’s Collision Center of Alabama! PJ was awesome & kept me informed every step of the way. His customer service, expertise, & ability to be personable really made the fact that my car needed a repair go so smoothly. He does an amazing job & I can tell he truly cares about his job and his clients. He deserves to be recognized for this, Frank’s Collision is lucky to have him. Chelsea made the estimate & drop off such a breeze & is another amazing employee! She was so friendly, bubbly, personable, & I can tell she truly cares about the client as well. They made a very inconvenient situation (a car repair due to an accident) such a breeze. I would work with them again in a heart beat but hope I don’t have to just for the sake of my driving record, LOL. Frank’s is so lucky to have them both. The other people on the team that worked on my Mazda did an outstanding job! I wish I could have met & thanked you all personally. I couldn’t be happier with how my Mazda looks, inside & out.
