The repair took five months. My vehicle is a Subaru Forrestor, not a Land Rover Discovery. My insurance only provided a rental car for one month, this left me with four months of expenses to cover the loss of use of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, the power mirror on the driver side door did not work. This should have been tested before I picked up the car. So far, everything else on the repair appears to be good. If the work had been completed in a reasonable time, say two - three months instead of five months, I would have been able to give a higher satisfaction rating.

They did a great job on our car and we were very happy with results and how fast they got our car back to us. The help was very friendly and helpful. If we have any other damage to our car ,we would come back to Fred Anderson.

The service gentleman that handles State Farm claims, was non responsive and did not call when he promised to. In addition the truck was held for a full two week for a relatively minor parking lot accident and used and excuse of a suspension part. Again, I had to repeatedly call for updates. I would have not received the truck when I did had I not asserted my self. I was also promised for the delay that the interior would be cleaned and this did not happen. I used this shop twice before in the last 12 yrs when it was Bradshaw and had no problems. I will never use this shop again.
