I inspected the work done by body techs and was impressed with the final results. My car looks brand new again after the accident. The associate handling my claim was always courteous to me and very professional the whole time. After a deer running out in front of me I was skeptical on which body shop to choose. I’m so thankful I went with Fred Anderson Collision! It looks just like it should! I also love how I was updated when parts were being ordered or if anything else was needed for my car and estimated time and day when it would be ready. Super nice and easy to deal with! My truck’s horn and blinkers are going off randomly. This took place after I picked up the truck. I had to be without my truck over the weekend and who’s knows when they will fix it. Not happy with this auto shop.

I noticed one part on the bumper that has scratches on it and wasn't replaced. I haven't talked to anyone about it yet.

It wasn't necessarily the body shops fault. The wheel was sent to someone else to repair. I had to wait an additional 8 days for it to be repaired. I was told it normally takes a day. The company needs to choose their vendors more wisley.
